McDonald's SM Aura in Metro Manila

"SM Aura is one of the reliable branches in the area. I’d define reliable as they maintain good quality of food and have a good turnaround time for serving it. This is pretty consistent despite the significant increase in foot traffic during meal times of the day. I’d like to emphasize that coz certain branches in Bgc cannot deliver the same consistency in service. What always goes well: -Quality of food is pretty consistent (not bad at all no matter what time of the day it is) -More often than not, they serve good portions of chicken. -When we had issues with the orders, they would always find a way to resolve it properly -We get pick-up orders on time -Unlike other branches that they deliver bad chicken orders, we didn’t have much problems with this branch (over the past several years) -They never forget to read my notes for pick-up and exchanges BBQ sauce with gravy for nuggets. Grateful for that. Expectations: -The overall color scheme the branch is not something I like because it’s a little dark-ish. -Dining in is not something I prefer (for this branch) they consistently have high foot traffic during meal times. You’ll have to put your strategic hat on in finding space to eat. I prefer dining in during the less busy hours. -They have a party place inside the branch and sometimes it can get really noisy when the energy is high(but that’s normal) Overall we’re grateful for the service delivery of this branch because they are really doing their best to make things happen"

"The food was pretty good. I've never had pepper steak with mushroom gravy at McDonald's, so that was new. I'm also learning that there is no such thing as fast food in the Philippines. Even if there are only two people in line ahead of you, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more to order."

"Idk if this is something new, but I like how they assigned someone to stay by the order kiosk. It's been a while since I last went to mcdo and I forgot how the kiosk works. I left, forgetting that I have to take the order slip, but the kind lady crew took it and gave it to me. My meal was also delivered to my table instead of calling me to get it. Kudos!"

They surprised me with a celebration greeting, and the staffs even sang 'Happy Birthday' to me with a balloons The food was delicious.
